Inspired by the timeless tale of the big friendly giant, we took the classic bitterness of gentian and tamed it just enough to call it gentle. Our gentian bitter liqueur is the result of a long maceration in grain alcohol and water, using the finest gentiana lutea roots, a couple of secret ingredients, and a skilful blend — or so we like to tell it — of three different peppers. Category: herbal bitter liqueur. ABV: 27%. The label: the illustrations of the AMARI Street line aim to give a modern, urban, contemporary feel to a classic drink like gentian, rooted in popular tradition and reimagined by CORE Distillery for today. Perfect for: those who avoid gentian for being too bitter, as well as those looking for a bold amaro with contained sweetness. Production method: hydroalcoholic maceration. Ingredients: alcohol, water, herbs, spices, sugar. Try it in: pour your GENZIANA GENTILE into a short tumbler over a single ice cube.
