CORE is Rome's 1st urban distillery.
We produce gin, amari, vermouth, bitter, vodka and liqueurs in the Mandrione industrial complex in Rome, in a facility designed to combine artisanal method with production capacity.
Our Master Distiller, supported by the CORE team, develops recipes and spirits for CORE-branded products and for contract manufacturing projects entrusted to us over time by major industry players, giving life to premium products now recognized and present on the market.
We work on small batches and large-scale production with the same rigor: no shortcuts, no chemical flavorings, no artificial colors. Only selected ingredients, transparent choices, and recipes designed to last. CORE is a contemporary distillery, with deep roots and a clear direction.
