Step into the heart of Core Urban Distillery, Rome’s first urban distillery, set in the industrial charm of the Mandrione district, near Tuscolana. Live an authentic experience in the world of artisanal spirits, where tradition, passion and experimentation come together in every single bottle.

The visit begins with a welcome from our Master Distiller and an introduction to Core’s story, the meaning behind its name, and the birth of the urban distillery concept in the capital. You’ll then head inside our artisanal workshop to see our still up close and learn about the production process: from the careful selection of natural botanicals to small-batch production, including the secrets of traditional distillation with no shortcuts and no artificial aromas.

The tour culminates in a guided tasting of our finest spirits. You’ll learn to recognise the aromatic profiles and nuances of our classic and contemporary gins. Every sip comes with a detailed explanation of the ingredients and techniques used, offering a true sensory journey. At the end of the experience, you’ll receive an exclusive 100ml gin miniature as a gift to take home.
