Rome's 1st urban distillery
CORE is Rome’s 1st urban distillery within the GRA ring road.
We produce spirits and liqueurs, both under the CORE brand and for third parties, in the Mandrione industrial complex, in the Tuscolano district of Rome.
CORE is an artisan workshop.
Our spirits are made with passion, using traditional methods, in small batches, with close attention to ingredient quality. With our hands, our minds and a lot of Core.
CORE is without pretence.
No cheap tricks: we don’t use chemical flavourings or artificial colours.
Every recipe is ours.
Recipes are developed and tested in the distillery before entering production: we work in small batches, not high volumes, which lets us oversee every step, from selecting the botanicals to bottling. A handmade approach, entirely Made in Italy, that we bring to our contract manufacturing and private label production too, for anyone who wants to bring their own spirit to life.
